Delivery

At My Socks, we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Unfortunately, local pick-up is not available at this time.

All orders are packed using compostable or occasionally recycled packaging.

Orders are dispatched the next business day after you place your order. Please note, Australia Post does not collect parcels on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Standard Delivery:

  • A delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies unless you qualify for free shipping.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $99 (after discounts and excluding postage).
  • Delivery typically takes 6–8 business days (weekends not included). For remote areas and Western Australia (WA), delivery may require up to an additional 5 business days. Estimated delivery times for specific areas can be found on the Australia Post website.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery unless you inform us otherwise. If you are not home, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office, where you will typically have 10 days to collect it before it is returned to us. A $12.50 return fee will apply for orders returned to My Socks.
  • If you choose delivery without a signature and the parcel is lost, My Socks cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery.

Express Delivery:

  • Express delivery is available for $12.95 per order.
  • If you live in a capital city, delivery is generally within two business days (after dispatch). For remote areas and Western Australia (WA), delivery can take up to 8 business days (weekends not included). Delivery to rural areas may take longer. Please check the Australia Post website for detailed delivery estimates.

Returned Items:

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the error before the order is dispatched.
  • If the order has already been shipped or if an incorrect address results in the parcel being returned to us, a $12.50 Return to Sender fee will apply. This fee, charged by Australia Post, will be deducted from any refund or store credit provided.

International Delivery (to New Zealand only):

  • Standard delivery to New Zealand costs $15.50 and includes tracking.
  • Express delivery to New Zealand is available for $28.
  • We no longer ship to other international locations due to rising customs and duties costs.
